By a huge margin, again, Cora’s proves Coasters like to have choice when they breakfast out. And Cora’s puts it on: elaborate fruit platters, crepes (14 kinds), eggs with frankfurters and the urban equivalent of a trucker breakfast, the Gargantuan, with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, crepe and baked beans. Co-owner Heather St. Amour says “Everything is fresh, and presented beautifully.”
