Co-owner Walter Forsyth says we live in a climate where people might not want ice cream all year round. Hazelnut is the biggest seller, plus there’s Indo, mushroom and lentil walnut; and when toppings include cilantro, Thai peanut sauce and avocado mayonnaise you know you’re in for something good.
