Halifax is bursting with restaurants, making it difficult to know the ins and outs of the city’s best grub. Luckily, we have foodie experts like Lindsay Nelson to guide our hungry bellies along. The Eat This Town blogger “developed a serious passion for cataloguing regional foods, and the history of foods, and really wanting to celebrate the foods that we have here, especially.” Nelson likes to go on “quests,” with a mission to discover the city’s best nacho or pizza, reviewing restaurants along the way.
