Lately we haven’t seen Cieplinski and his trusty bunch of cameras out at every show, but the man deserves a break: His music photo archive is mind-boggling. And even when he’s not there shooting from the sidelines, the spirit of David Cieplinski---Halifax’s best music fan---is alive and well in voters’ hearts.
