They say the best sailors in the world come from Halifax, for they learn quickly to do whatever it takes not to fall in the harbour. You may not agree with the way it’s being done, but you’re damn sure the best use of taxpayers money is getting that harbour of ours cleaned the hell up. Those capital letters are no accident.
