To the editor,
My friend just got added to the vandal registry for drawing a heart and a peace sign on the sidewalk in front of her house so that another friend would know which house was hers. Apparently this is considered defacing city properly. So all you kiddies out there wanting to pass a nice summer afternoon playing hopscotch—you'd better think twice, because the boys in blue are watching you!
