When I typed in my complaint about City Hall to test the city's graffiti responders, I said "There are two metal doors on the Barrington Street side. Both of the doors are covered with graffiti. One piece shows a gun." Whoever painted over the first door used the same grey paint to touch up door number two, and they did it in the time limit the city gives itself. However, the gun is still there. And so is a large tag on the stone wall right beside the door. This sort of performance may be "close enough for government work," as the saying goes, but the city earns a failing grade from me. Stay tuned here for more testing.
