Reading the article in the Hearld today disgusted me. A housekeeper being bullied by management and nurses. The manager says in the article that she encourages staff to come forward with these issues. Someone does and then a week later starts getting bullied by the housekeepers supervisor. It gets so bad she has to quit. So then they keep her pay! Come on! Workplace bullying is this the 70's? Fire the supervisors for not doing their job. This person comes to them and gets no help and then to you and still nothing! This person did what you told them to come forward and you do nothing for them.

Oh wait...... management calls them in for a meeting could this be the help they are looking for? NO! It is managements last dig at the person for going to the CEO for help when they couldn't do it themselves. "You made us look bad they say." No you made yourself look bad by not helping your staff! Oh wait here it comes managements last kick at the can. "Your not getting your last 2 weeks pay!

Fire those supervisors and get someone in there that will fix the problem. From what I seen and heard you lost the person that could have made a difference. Your loss. Oh and pay the housekeeper for the work she did I'm sure their pay is nothing compared to your huge salary but they deserve it.

Hoping Never to Have to Stay at Capital Health
