My tiff is with a particular lingerie store in town. Being well endowed, I don’t really have a choice but to check out specialty shops for sizes that fit me and help me to feel comfortable in my skin. It sucks to have to go to these places because the prices are RIDICULOUS, but hey, self confidence is worth the investment. So I purchased a ridiculously priced garment and had it for less than a week before it started to fall apart. I attempted to speak to the manager, since no one else there had the authority to help me out, but she was on vacation for a week. So I left two separate store clerks with messages of the situation and I waited until that following week..no call. I called a day later…no returned call; and so the story goes for another week. I finally arranged a “meeting” with the owner at which time she tried to blame the faulty product on me! I HAD IT FOR LESS THAN A WEEK!! If I am paying THAT much money for a product, I would assume that it would last for over a week! Did I get my money back, or even a deal; hell no. I was “upgraded” to another, more expensive item, for which I had to pay the difference!!!!! I didn’t make a scene as there were several other people in the store and I was too disheartened by this whole experience, but I had to let it out somewhere. To the owner, you need to learn what customer service is all about and I hope you continue to lose business; you deserve it.
