Dems fightin’ words

I’m wondering if I’m the only one who is starting to get scared of being downtown in Halifax at night. I know way too many people who have been jumped and beaten by groups of 5 to10 people. And for what? The assailants don’t even bother to steal anything

I’m wondering if I’m the only one who is starting to get scared of being downtown in Halifax at night. I know way too many people who have been jumped and beaten by groups of 5 to10 people. And for what? The assailants don’t even bother to steal anything! What glory is there in five people beating one person into unconsciousness? It’s sick, you fucking animals! What pisses me off the most is that many of these beatings are not provoked, and the victim rarely sees it coming. To those that go out at night just to beat people up: I hope you pick the wrong person next time.
