I took my 91 year old grandmother for tests a few weeks ago. The old lady is blind and can't walk very well. Getting her in the lobby was like organizing a military maneover. I tried to find her a wheelchair so I could wheel her to her appointment but there wasn't one to be seen. I waited for nearly 40 minutes for one to be freed up. Finally, I approached the lobby's security guard who treated my problem like I had asked to him to shit on a cracker. He not only blew off my request but got extremely surly when I asked him a second time (after another 20 minutes of waiting). I was so pissed off, I went into the blood collection unit and, thankfully, a lovely lady helped me out with my dilemma. She scored me a wheelchair in about five minutes. I could have kissed her.

You lazy cocksucker, sitting behind your fucking glass window, you should be fired for your nasty attitude. Why do people like this work with the public?
