Well geez.. ANOTHER 9% and a bit... Feel good? Happy? I'm not... The provincial government? MAYBE they will look at a way to help lower income earners... MAYBE. Okay.. So maybe that's not all bad... and I am fortunate enough to not be on social assistance (and BELIEVE ME I feel for those that are or on any other form of fixed income). But guess what? That assistance is going to come from where? You guessed it... MY TAX DOLLARS. Many of us are going to get screwed TWICE because NSPI / Emera and their parasitic shareholders can't seem to get it right. Hey guess what guys? If I underestimate my household expenses this month, I can't go to my boss and demand an addtional 9% to cover my lack of basic money management skills. WTF do you pay all of these "valuable" (and in my humble opinion) VASTLY overpaid senior management types for anyways? Hmm? I think Emera/NSPI should **BE** Nova Scotia Power again... by the people for the people... Peace out...
