I am sick and tired of the crappy transit system in Halifax. Every morning I choose to use a more environmentally friendly transportation to work. Although, I am usually late because of it. I transfer buses at scotia square, and they are supposed to connect but never do causing me to be 20 minutes late for work. As I pull into scotia square on my first bus, the other bus is pulling away leaving me running and screaming for it to stop (usually without success). I've called metro transit to complain and was told that connections are not guarenteed. Would it really hurt to wait two minutes for another connecting bus? No wonder most people opt to drive to work.How can we create a more environmentally friendly City and solve the traffic problem if our transit system stinks?
