To the wonderfully NON- helpful doctor at the Portland St. Family Walk-In Clinic: thanks for snidely dismissing my newly pregnant wife's serious questions, and generally being a disgrace to your profession. It was much appreciated that you refused to refer my wife to any pre-natal clinic, or anyone else for that matter, since your associate, my wife's family doctor, was on vacation..and what was that - we just have to wait until she gets back, whenever that is?. Great help by the way saying that you or the receptionist had "absolutely no idea when she was coming back - you just worked there"...we thought that was really professional. Finally, after you've likely made the "ka-ching, ka-ching sound" and charged the Gov't of Nova Scotia for your complete uselessness during our visit, I think the topper had to be when you said that my wife's allergy medication had a high probability of causing birth defects with the baby - and STILL offered no help! Way to give us that warm fuzzy as we head out the door. Since when have the Walk-In Clinic doctors around here turned from the Dr.McDreamies of Grey's Anatomy into the Dr.Nicks of the Simpsons. Time to move on Doc - you're obviously burnt out.
