Firstly, how insulting it was for me to go the “HRM Customer Service Centre” to pay off my parking ticket. How about “HRM Resident Service Centre”? I am not a customer of Halifax, thank you very much. Before I even made it to the Customer (aargh!) Service Centre, I stopped by the police station headquarters on Gottingen, unaware that parking tickets are no longer paid off there. The police officer wrongfully informed me that I couldn’t pay my ticket at the HRM centres after office hours. Perhaps HRM Resident Lack of Service Centre is a more suitable name.
