|To my TL ( Team Leader = "supervisor") that thinks that a coaching session is to rip ppl up. |
For all those that know what its like to work in a call center, its bad enough you get flack from the customers not happy with the service, but to have a TL sit there and rip you up and make you feel like dirt, and saying its helping you to have these coaching sessions...well if that means to make someone cry because of the comments you make and think its funny, YEAH THATS REALLY HELPING ME ASSHOLE. Just makes me want to take the next call for sure, fuck face. Next time you coach someone how about you COACH, and encourage your reps, and give the positive tips to improve on certain areas, and support them?
