So it's 2:30 am on Thursday night and I am awakened by this insanely loud plow scraping the pavement outside of my house. Nevermind that I live in the residential area of Young St. where I am sure dozens of other working citizens had to get up in about FOUR hours but the real kicker was THAT THERE WAS NO SNOW! Where were these guys LAST WEEK when nobody could park in the designated parking area in the front of my house because of huge boulders of snow?!?!?! NO WONDER OUR CITY HAS PLOWED THROUGH OUR 13 MILLION DOLLAR BUDGET FOR SNOW REMOVAL! The real agitator in all of this is that while this guy is scraping the pavement, when we actually need snow removal - IT WON'T BE AVAILABLE because there will be NO BUDGET LEFT. I swear to fucking god I better be able to park a car in front of my house during the next White Juan since snow removal is so vital at all hours of the night. Go Peter Kelly!
