It's downright dangerous to proceed on green lights in some intersections because of the three, four, five or more vehicles who 'sneak' a left turn on amber and red lights. This used to be a rare occurrence but now it seems to be accepted practice to make a left turn on a red light.

Hey drivers (and police officers and traffic experts): These violations can cause serious accidents for oncoming cars... and for pedestrians.

How hard can it be to add a 10 or 15-second flashing light for left turns on some of the busier major intersections? We have the lights already in place. We must have the technology to make them flash for safety sake!
