To My Loud Mouth Neighbours on Walnut. Why do you feel the need to go outside and night and have your loud ass conversations with one another? Has it ever occured to you that its fucking summer and people have their windows open and yes, those same people are trying to sleep! I've even tried shutting the window and still I can hear every word! Could you consider keeping your voice level to that of which only the person next to you needs to hear? There are those of us who need to work in the morning.
