Unfortunately worst customer service i have ever had.
-On hold for more than 45 min. for a request that was easily a yes we can, or no we cant.
- called a "toll-free" number and was charged.
-no one could figure out why and while i was being charged for the call was transfered btn 2 depts.
-no refund or assistance offered whatsoever!!!
forget the iphone, move to a company that doesnt treat its clients like this.!!!
