Litterbutts
Why aren't smokers fined for littering? Do we think that tossing butts onto the sidewalk or street is ok and isn't trash? These people have to be penalized . We have two downtown Barrington offices and we can't have our clients wading through this kin
Why aren't smokers fined for littering? Do we think that tossing butts onto the sidewalk or street is ok and isn't trash? These people have to be penalized . We have two downtown Barrington offices and we can't have our clients wading through this kind of filth on a Monday morning. It's making our city look even more dirty. I feel my lungs are a lot cleaner now but I can't believe there's not butt stops or ashtrays outside of bars and places people light up. Maybe the city should invest ashtrays. And until then, give me a break people and pick up your trash or be fined!!!
