On a nice, bright sunny afternoon, I decide to head out for a walk and realized about 2 hours into my walk, that I was having technical "plumbing" problems and needed a bathroon urgently. I see a convenience store up ahead, where I am a frequent customer, and make a run for it and ask the cashier where the bathroom is located. He says there are none. I explain to him I have an urgent problem and need a bathroom immediately, so asks where he goes to the bathroom when he needs to go. He shrugs. and I leave in a hurry with no time to spare. With nothing around but houses, I proceed to a house nearby with someone working outside who graciously let me use their facilities. My question is, as a business owner, and a human with basic needs, when is it right to deny your customers a basic human function, especially when they are having problems? Shouldn't there be some sort of law?
