To a certain downtown Pizza place who's name may rhyme with male genitalia.

I work in a downtown Halifax hotel, and part of my job is letting gusts know where to go to get good food in the city and promoting certain places.

_____ Pizza has been a good place, for a while, however above all that I had an experience the other day that changed that.

I used to recommend your restaurant for a few reasons, first and foremost, the quality is usually good. However your inconsistency on that quality wavers. I spent my lunch break at your establishment the other day, Tuesday, January 20th to be exact. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad and my co worker ordered a slice of Pepperoni Pizza. We placed out order and we were told the Pepperoni would be 5 minutes, we said no problem and waited. The first thing I noticed is two staff were on shift, yes ONE gentleman with a goatee was doing NOTHING to help. After waiting 10 minutes for my salad I began eating it to my dismay, the chicken was not freshly cut off the spit, it was horrible, it was rubbery, cold, and made me nauseous. my co worker, however, got his slice about 20 mins later. What made this worse is the two workers were totally ignorant of us. they did not serve us right away, which is okay, they were busy, well one was, the other was doing nothing at all. It was incredibly frustrating. I will not recommend your place to our guests, and I am prepared to throw out all the menus of yours we have. Our guests have choice in the Pizza they eat in this city, and I would honestly like reassurance this wont happen again. Pizza corner is not that far away from you, you know. To reiterate, the chicken was old, hard, and NOT from the spit, and we had to wait 20 minutes out of a promised 5 and unfortunately were both late getting back to our place of work, and I was ill.
