Majority Should Rule

Ok,here it goes: The case in New Bruswick where two sets of parents complain about the national anthem being sung in school and then its pulled by the principal. This isnt about that - although I think that needs to be dealt with- its about the sudden rise of the minorty as policy makers. At the private collage I attend, marks for attendence and business days dressed were taken away because 'some students' opposed it. Well, no one asked me - arent I a student? At work our 'no scent' policy was 'modified' because 'some' employees didnt want to bother washing off the crap they wear before coming in - or not taking fellow co-workers into consideration and not wearing it in the first place! Hello!? Who is in charge? Last time I cheaked, the majority is - so to those in charge - principals, presidents and managers, next time 'someone' comes to you and complains about a policy please ask the student body and your employees for at least some input before you make any changes. Majority rules- or at least should be taken into consideration
