Lame motivation tactic

I know I'm a DUMBASS for this but I have ADD and can't get started on my 8 paragraph paper that's due tomorrow. Motivation? I welcome verbal abuse if it'll kick me in the arse and get moving. Expecting a sound beating from Kay and Never Wrong.
