The "P" stands for Procrastinate

I've been calling the SPCA for days. My neighbors' cat has been limping around injured for weeks. My kids saw a cat get hit by a car a few weeks ago, and think it may have been this cat. About a week ago I noticed that the cat's side is all black under it's fur. I think it has a wound that is badly infected. I said to my neighbors, you know your cat is hurt, right? They just shrugged it off. So I started calling the SPCA. No one ever answers the phone, just leave a message. How many messages do I have to leave? These bastards are apparently just going to let the animal suffer until it dies, and you fuckers at the SPCA are going to let it happen. I don't have hundreds of dollars to take this cat to the vet myself, but if I don't hear from you tommorrow I'm going to do it anyway, and I'm going to call the media to document it. I'm sure they'd love another "SPCA Fucks Up" story.
