Dildo on the Commons
To the young lady that was supposed to be taking phone orders that left us on the line two times for a total of 40 minutes. Not only did you lose our business but you tied up the phone line for any other potential business during that time. Since the phone was clearly right next to you, we heard you ringing in customers and chit chatting about your evening bar plans. You clearly didn't care one wit for the impact you had on us. "So what?" was your reply. Since you didn't think your job was to take phone orders, we'll see about making sure you don't keep it.
