I was being sincere with you and you were thoughtless and rude toward me. Yes, I do wish I could have helped you. Do you think I make the rules? I am simply a lowly employee paid to enforce the rules. I was doing my job. Have some manners toward your fellow human beings; I love cats just as much as anyone and I am anything but cruel. I am far too sensitive a person for some of the shit I deal with from thoughtless people like you.
