To any person who throws Any garage out their car windows, you should be ashamed of yourselves, especially on the on and off ramps on the highways. It's discussing. How cowardly it is to throw garbage out your car windows, when no one is around. Take it to the garbage can please - Come On - it just takes a little effort to dispose of your garage!
