There are some parents out there should need a license to have children
I do believe that there are some parents out there should need a license to have children. Especially, if the parents have been in trouble with abuse and neglect before in the past whether it was with children or adults.
I mean think about what all we do have to have license for now....
#1 License for Marriage
#2 License to Drive
#3 License to Practice Medicine
Recent example why: is this morning at 1:30AM Halifax police found a naked three-year-old heading for Angus MacDonald bridge . . WTF!
