Tonight, for the second time in less than two weeks, I came home to find another car in my parking spot, and with the parking tag to match.

Not only did I have to take someone else's spot and make the matter worse, but both times the stupid employees and managers working in the rental office are to blame!

The first time they accidentally gave me a temp spot, despite I clearly said it wasnt just for the night. So of course it was given to someone else, and I thought 'ya, its a big building, and I did ask for it last minute'. But now, even though the manager herself gave me her personal spot and wrote it down in your sloppy books and even wrote the dates on my tag, this shit has happened again. When I call you and find out that "the parking has been really messy lately because (a manager) has been away" and "you can't do anything until monday" its NO CONDOLENCE to tell me that you "THINK" the spot I took is empty, and chuckle at my frustration. If I hadn't asked so many questions you would have hung up the phone without a way to even contact me to tell me where to move to!

Considering some of the fuck ups that live in this place I really, really hope my car doesnt get keyed...for your sake.

How hard is it to keep track one piece of paper? I hope someone from that office is reads this, cus If I were you I would stop being so quick to get everyone's money and fire some of your idiots instead - and if it's not in your job description to handle the parking garage then don't fucking book new spots!
