Thank you Halifax police
I would just like to thank the lovely bicycle cops for the following: throwing a 15-year-old kid to the ground and ripping his fingernail off. Calling my friend "a skater faggot." Screaming at a 14-year-old and kicking his backpack and throwing his shoe.
