A open letter to the bakers in HRM:

Bagels are not meant to be made from standard bread dough. I am tired of getting bagels that are essentially bread in a circular shape. Bagels are dense, moist and chewy, not soft, dry and squishy.

I"m really trying to support local businesses, but when you make products that are of inferior quality, I'll always choose the better quality product, even if that product is a large national brand. I shouldn't have to go to Montreal to get a bagel that is made properly. —Bagel Lover
