I'm a transit rider.

Almost Daily I end up waiting at least 5 minutes for the bus to come as it's a busy route and tends to fall behind.

Almost daily the drivers are really nice and usually apologetic and I understand they can't control the traffic, so I plan the delay into my travel schedule.

Yesterday the bus was 30 minutes late. Not just 5 or 10, but 30 minutes late. When the door opened I said Hi as I always do but the driver ignored me, I asked for a transfer and he ripped it but when I said thank you, he still ignored me.

At LEAST have the fucking decency to acknowledge the person talking to you actually exists. ESPECIALLY if you've made them late for work.

Common decency goes a long way. —Another pissed off transit user...
