No, its ok that no parking sign doesn't apply to you!
Dear people: parking in a clearly marked NO PARKING zone is illegal. Oh, what you have your four-way flashers on? Oh, ok, that suddenly make it OK and makes the law go away. The signs and the law applies to me as it does to you. Read the signs and get out of the way. —Signs signs everywhere signs
