What the fuck?!

So I'm on my way back to work today and on the 102 outbound, approaching the spot where the hwy changes to 3 lanes for exit 1A to Peggy's Cove/Exhibition Park.

I see this blue honda civic (you know who you are) pulled off on the shoulder of the hwy with his signal on that he's pulled over. He's fairly close to the exit.

Since I've gotta take the 1A exit, I move from the middle lane to the inside lane, even though when someone is pulled over on the hwy I generally try to give them a lane's space for safety reasons.

This is when douchebag decides to pull out in front of me. Without signalling. Or looking.

I'm going 100 km/hr and in the split second it takes for me to realize what's happening, I lay on the horn and slam on my brakes - thankfully, just in time.

But no, he continues on his merry way and I continue on my way back to work. I'm still shaking when I think about how close that was.

It pisses me off - not to mention scares the shit out of me - just how oblivious some drivers are. —Just wish I'd gotten his license plate
