Mr. Plow Where Art Thou!
Do you see what I see? No salt, no plowing, no pre-emptive planning by HRM to make its streets safe and driveable. It's gotten worse every year. The phrase "driving too fast for conditions" is now laughable. Get the damn salt on the road early, don't wait till folks are in accidents that are preventable. If my car slides uncontrollably (with the emergency break on!) down Spring Garden and almost into a building, I should sue. No, the insurance bureau should sue - HRM. —White Knuckler
