Trials and Errors

The trial to determine who is at fault for the accident I was in in 2000 is OVER!! WOW, the judicial system, as unfortunate as it would like itself to appear, had to put up with the costly burden of attending to the rights of an ordinary citizen. Okay, so I know little of how things work in the Mad Hatter's Tea Party and the land of Court, but against the odds, I persevered! What, I didn't simply lay like good citizen dog while my rights were trampled? Are not the tax dollars of ordinary citizens available within the judiciary to ensure that a balance exits in this country between the haves and have-nots when it comes to justice? It's as plain as the nose on my face (and it's a French one), that the wealthy have an advantage over those who are not because they can afford the high paid lawyers to work around the clock to manipulate the system. So, c'mon, tell me, who would dare stand up for their rights against one of the largest Insurer in Canada... WHO and WHY?! —MO
