What has happened to this city?
Why is it that everyday when I read the paper I am no longer shocked by what the headlines say? It scares me but I am not shocked anymore! Whose responsibility is it to keep this city safe? What is driving this crime? Are their proper facilities in place for Rehabilitation? Counselling? Psychiatric services? Job training and placement? Are people choosing alternative ways of making money over working the old fashioned way because the pay is low? Disrespect in the work place? No good jobs available? —Lots of questions... want some answers
