You Give Love a Bad Name

So we ended the relationship, fine. Given the circumstances, that was the best option. You left, and I had to move. Fine too. I didn't want to stay in the home we created anyway. You said you would help me move, that was very thoughtful of you. But did you help? No. Did you help with the finances that you said you would help with? No. I can't wait for you to call me asking for something, probably to borrow my car or to borrow money. Guess what my answer will be? No! I am so much better off without you. It's funny, I was fuming about it last night on the way home and the song You Give Love a Bad Name came on. It's so right. I loved you, with all of my heart, and now your true colours show. Enjoy your life, I know I will. Oh, and don't ask for anything from me, because you won't get it. I'm done with you and your antics. —Moving On
