After reading a report that said that upwards of 65% of under 5's cannot tell the time using a standard clock face, and are so programmed to a digital time, maybe it's time we taught the little diddums how to function in 24 hour time? I am aware that this is stretching the brain power of some kiddies, and will no doubt result in a human rights complaint, but it does make sense. It is less confusing, relatively simple to adjust to, is already in use in the military, airlines, police, hospitals etc. so can we just do it? —Rip Van Wanker
