To whom ever is in a band off of Harvard street: I want you to know this "music" you like to play is not needed at 11:40pm at night when in fact me and most likely other people need to be up in the early am for work even on a FRIDAY night!

When I first heard your "band" playing I was watching a movie laying on my bed and I had to turn up the volume. I wasn't angry but at the same time I was a tad annoyed because of the loud racket. Last night when I heard you guys playing ( Friday August 19th) it was past 11 pm ( which is when there should be no noise as the HRM bylaw states) and I was trying to get some shut eye after a long night at work as I had to be up at 7am the following morning. I layed in my bed until 11:40 and decided to take a walk around the block to see where it was coming from.

As I started walking onto your street which is behind my house the "music" all of a sudden stopped. I then proceeded to walk back to my house where I was surprised you didn't start playing again. NEXT TIME you do this you won't be too lucky. Likely I will call the cops and put a noise complaint on you over and over and over again until finally you just stop.

Your band or whatever you have going on isn't good and no one wants to hear your loud awful sounding racket. Get a sound proofed room or just stop. —Angry and Sleep Deprived Working Class Woman
