I love music. I even love the sax. You ain't doin' it, Beardo. Wandering a 10ft square, playing meaningless pentatonic licks, ad infinitum, without respect to key or song, is NOT *playing music*. and tacking on the same diminished arpeggio every 4 minutes isn't "Jazzy". You get ignored by the people who walk by because you're aren't attempting to communicate to them. There was a bass and sax duo a few weeks back that was pretty great. Students from X, I hear. Play songs. Play melodies. Play music. What you're doing is the equivalent of standing on the corner and shouting random words.
