Customer Service Sucks
Wow. Called Halifax Transit to find out what bus to take downtown. I took it, not thinking they were going to be wrong. WRONG BUS! Now I'm late for my appointment. Called them back to complain and the same guy that I talked to earlier answered again and replied with, "it's not my fault you took the wrong bus" and then hung up on me! Un-fucking-believable. Welcome to Halifax!! —Cabbin' it From Now On
