I particularly want to compliment you on your use of the word "rustic" to describe the riff raff barrier. It must help divert attention from its price tag. I'm guessing it's electrified for it to have cost that much? I have to say, though, it looks completely out of place and somehow unnecessary. But hey! I'm sure studies show---it's nothing but the best for your neighbourhood! And the asphalt! Nice touch! Very natural! It's crusher dust on every other path in HRM. But that's likely because it costs less. Fortunately real trail users prefer it.
