To a diligent gardener: You have a beautiful garden and obviously very little space, which is a shame because you have a lovely gift, but the sidewalk is not your garden. The planters don't belong on the sidewalk and the tall plants shouldn't overhang the space. You are so close to the grocery store and there are lots of pedestrians---the crosswalk is at the top of your street, that's the only place it's marked to cross. You don't seem to realize the difficulty you are making for your neighbours with strollers or wheelchairs, carrying their groceries or anyone else that needs the whole space of the sidewalk. Just because it's enough room for you and you have full mobility doesn't mean that it's wide enough for everyone else.
