No vote, no voice
Just heard that voter turnout in HRM for the municipal elections stood at a totally pathetic 37 percent. Guess what, fellow bitchers and would-be moaners? That means that 63 percent of you do not have the right to complain about the actions of our esteemed regional councillors, or lack thereof, because you failed to exercise one of your most basic and important rights.
