Turn your headlights on it's dark!
How many times have you driven in Halifax at night and there's like dozens of cars with daytime running lights on and no taillights! Lots right! You flick yer high beams and they just don't frigging clue in! Next time you get in your car and it's dark TURN ON YOUR LIGHTS MAKE IT A HABIT DUMBASSES! Have a look in the daylight there really is a headlight switch people! —Enlightening the Dimwitted
