every year the government releases a volumn of all the social resource programs that are avilable to the public. And every year it is published internally! So how the fuck does that work? The answer is, it doesn't. How does one get their hands on this vital, and helpful info? The truth can be told by calling this, easy to remeber number, 1-800-O-CANADA!
