I've been working hard and loyally for you for over a year with only a 50 cent/hour increase since I started. Today I learned that the new guy I've been training for the past two weeks has been started off at a higher wage than what I'm making after busting my ass all this time! Figuring this was just a systematic error I brought it to your attention. Found out it wasn't an error and on top of that, I got denied another increase. What in the actual fuck! Am I being replaced due to incompetence? Um, no-- why are you getting me to train then? Am I being replaced so you can get someone for cheaper? Um, no--you wouldn't be paying the newbie MORE if that were the case. So how DO you come up with the audacity to pay the trainee more than the trainer?!!! You guys are total fucking twats to work for and you can kiss this great employee good bye! —Unappreciated Employee
